Eve Bulman has worked in the area of learning & development since 2000 and in this time has built extensive experience and a special flair for innovative needs assessment, design and delivery of training programmes for a wide variety of audiences.

During her career, Eve has specialised in soft skills, personal development, team development & communication, management development and coaching.  Eve has held training specialist, lead and management development specialist roles in EBS Building Society and Google Ireland where she has worked with audiences based all over the globe including Europe, US and India.  In 2008, Eve established her coaching and training business, BrightSkills Development & Coaching and has worked with a wide variety of clients since then including SportingBet, Equal Ireland, Haven Mortgages, PostBank, Accenture and Microsoft Ireland.

Eve holds a Graduateship in Marketing with the Marketing Institute of Ireland & DIT, is Psychometrics Level A & B accredited, holds a Diploma in Business, Executive & Personal Coaching from Coach Institute of Ireland, is one of the few licensed practitioners of Insights Discovery in Ireland and has recently completed accreditation to administer, deliver and coach in BarOn Emotional Quotient Inventory (EQ-i®), the first scientifically developed and most validated measure of emotional intelligence in the world.  Eve is also a fully accredited trainer and coach for Belbin’s Team Roles and all other Belbin accredited & licensed profiling products.

Eve’s style is supportive and challenging and is very focused towards helping her clients achieve their goals, find the solutions to their problems and grow personally and professionally.  Eve works both within organisations and on a 1:1 level.  Her capability to coach, train, advise, mentor and provide resources such as Insights and EQ-i® to both her coaching and training clients enables her to deliver highly customised and applicable development experiences.
