Eve Bulman | Lead Consultant, Trainer & Coach

Eve has worked in the area of L&D since 2000 and in this time has built extensive experience and a special flair for innovative needs assessment, design and delivery of training programmes for a wide variety of audiences. 

Eve’s expertise is in soft skills, personal development, and coaching. She also has a wide experience in the area of Leadership and Management development. Eve has worked with audiences based all over the globe including Europe, US and India.

Eve holds a Graduateship in Marketing with the Marketing Institute of Ireland & DIT, is Psychometrics Level A & B accredited, holds a Diploma in Business, Executive & Personal Coaching from Coach Institute of Ireland, is one of the few licensed practitioners of Insights Discovery in Ireland is accreditation to administer, deliver and coach in BarOn Emotional Quotient Inventory (EQ-i®), is also a fully accredited trainer and coach for Belbin’s Team Roles and all other Belbin accredited & licensed profiling products.

Aine Mahony | Associate Occupational Psychologist & Trainer

Áine has worked in the area of Training and Coaching since 2002 and in this time, has built vast experience in the areas of psychometrics, assessment and selection, coaching, competency interviewing, career and talent management and facilitating.  In this time, Áine has worked with a variety of public and private sector clients including Wyeth Medica, Greenstar, FÁS, PJ Carrolls, United Beverages, Department of Agriculture, Fisheries & Food, Office of the House of the Oireachtas, DCU, Department of Defence, Land Registry, CSSO, and Revenue Commissioners.  Coming from a background in occupational psychology, Áine brings to the table extensive experience in interpersonal development interventions and a keen understanding of how best to get different personalities working together cohesively.

Áine holds an honours degree in psychology (UCD) and a masters of social & organisational psychology (UCD).  She is also a certified trainer with CIPD and a registered psychometrist with BPS.
